Valley Information & Assistance
Valley Information and Assistance (VIA) is a program of the Aspen Valley Medical Foundation that assists people in need by connecting them to local services and providing consistent case management. The goal is to help people that have often been difficult to serve by existing health and human service agencies because of complex challenges such as mental illness, homelessness, or poverty.
VIA’s office is located in the Health and Human Service building, 0405 Castle Creek Road, Suite 12, next to the Day Center.
