Wellness Clinics
AVMF provides support for Wellness Clinics in Woody Creek and at Aspen Homeless Shelter. Clinics, staffed by local health care professionals, include screening blood pressure, oxygen saturation, and pulse.
Wellness Wednesdays at WC3 – the last Wednesday of each month, physical therapist Peg O’Brien is available from 9am-10am at the Woody Creek Community Center for wellness checks.
Aspen Homeless Shelter – Aspen Valley Hospital Patient Representative Joe High performs wellness checks twice a month at the Aspen Homeless Shelter. He also identifies potential health problems and refers shelter guests for care.
