Requirements of Affiliates

Provide programs and services that meet important community needs in the health and human services or related fields.

2.
|
Meet standards of management and fiscal responsibility.
|
|
3.
|
Submit Progress Reports bi-annually. (For more details, view Progress Report guidelines.)

4.
|
Add AVMF to mailing list to receive newsletters and other communications from your organization.
|

Commitment of Foundation
|
|
1.
|
Grant funds one year at a time.
|
|
2.
|
Provide some support with advice and technical assistance.
|
|
3.
|
Communicate with agencies regarding progress report deadlines, AVMF events, and other relevant issues.
